VenueClerk started as the system we built for the events team at a Michigan golf club. They were answering wedding inquiries between tee times, building proposals in spreadsheets and chasing deposits by email.
We put every inquiry, proposal, contract and payment in one place. Then we added AI that does the work a coordinator never has time for: replying in a minute, drafting the proposal, following up and answering the phone.
Today VenueClerk runs events at 200+ venues worldwide.
Built for the venue that seats a hundred guests on Saturday and still has forty emails to answer on Monday.
